Effectively removes impurities
With its two different fibre sides, it is the perfect aid for processing fruit and vegetables. The honeycomb side removes soil and storage residue from potatoes, carrots etc. in next to no time, so the nutrient-rich skin can be eaten too. The green, fluffy side is suitable for smooth fruit and vegetables. An artificial wax layer, dust and dirt are effortlessly removed. The fibre takes away what we don't want on our plate.
